  • Where can I find the price brand new game sets?At Ministry of Games, we are constantly on the lookout for new and great games from different sources, passing the savings to our customers. Give our friendly sales staff a call at 84441398 if you are interested to purchase any of our listed games and we will provide you with the latest bargain price! Did I mention that we offer free delivery service to anywhere in Singapore too?

  • Why should I rent?Renting allows you to indulge your child with a myriad of games for a fraction of the cost. Your child is able to experience the joy of each game, without these games cluttering your house.

  • My child really likes the game, can I buy it?Of course! Rent the games to try them out and buy them only when you really like them. Simply call us for the prices and we will deliver brand new sets to you!

  • How does the rental service works?
    • Pick any 3 from our whole array of games. Rent them a period of 01 week
    • We will confirm your order within 24 hours (except Sundays and PH).
    • Delivery will be done on the next working day
    • Cash on delivery payment is required.
    • Free delivery and collection.
    • A day before your rental is due; you will receive a call from us to confirm the collection timing. Or, you may call/ inform us of any pick-up time before the rental is due. Thereafter, late charges of $2 per game per day is applicable.

  • Can I extend my rental period?Yes, just call/ inform us before the rental is due. Extensions will only be granted subjected to availability (e.g. waiting list...) Extensions are on a per week basis, with a minimum of 3 games.

  • The game I want is currently rented out. Can I reserve it?Yes, we will put you on the waiting list and inform you the next available rental slot for the title.

  • What if games are damaged in the course of the rental period?We believe that learning through playing includes developing a sense of responsibility towards games. We would have to access the damage to see if its damaged parts can be easily replaceable by the original game supplier before charging you for the costs. If repair/ parts replacement is not possible, you will have to bear the cost of the whole game.

    At Ministry of Games, we do not profit from damaged charges, our aim is to maintain our inventory of games in good condition so that other children can play with them too.

  • Are our games clean?We take the safety and health of your children very seriously. We clean all our games thoroughly when they are returned and disinfect them with premium disinfectant when they are returned.
